- Submit a booking or inquiry form: name, email address, phone number, event or program details, and any other information you choose to share.
- Register for a program or class: name, email, phone, billing address, emergency contact, dietary or health information relevant to programs, and payment information.
- Subscribe to our email list: name and email address (if and when a newsletter or mailing list is offered).
- Contact us directly: any information you include in the message.
2.2 Payment Information
Payment information (credit card or banking details) is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, via Coach Growth Solutions. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Your interaction with these providers is subject to their respective privacy policies.
2.3 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage: IP address and general location; browser type, operating system, and device information; referring website; pages viewed, time spent, and interactions with the Website; and date and time of visit.
Once the Website launches, we expect to use Google Analytics to understand Website usage. We do not currently use advertising pixels (such as the Meta/Facebook pixel); if we begin using such tools — for example, to support paid advertising — we will update this Policy accordingly.

4.1 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including:
- Coach Growth Solutions: customer relationship management, booking, communication, and payments platform. All payments route through Coach Growth Solutions.
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Email and hosting providers: delivery of transactional and marketing emails and Website hosting.
- Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics): Website usage analytics, once implemented.
These providers have access to your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated to safeguard it.

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests.

- Booking and payment records: retained as required by tax and business-records laws (typically seven (7) years in New York).
- Inquiry / contact-form data: retained indefinitely until manually deleted.
- Email subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: retained per the settings of our analytics providers.

The Website and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it. School-presentation engagements are contracted with schools and educational institutions, not with individual students, and student data is handled by the contracting institution.

The Website is operated from the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States — including as a virtual participant or a traveler joining the Peru intensive — your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Data-protection laws in the United States may differ from those in your country. By using the Website, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.
