• Contact us directly: any information you include in the message.

2.2 Payment Information

Payment information (credit card or banking details) is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, via Coach Growth Solutions. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Your interaction with these providers is subject to their respective privacy policies.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage: IP address and general location; browser type, operating system, and device information; referring website; pages viewed, time spent, and interactions with the Website; and date and time of visit.

Once the Website launches, we expect to use Google Analytics to understand Website usage. We do not currently use advertising pixels (such as the Meta/Facebook pixel); if we begin using such tools — for example, to support paid advertising — we will update this Policy accordingly.

• Coach Growth Solutions: customer relationship management, booking, communication, and payments platform. All payments route through Coach Growth Solutions.
• Stripe: payment processing.

• Analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics): Website usage analytics, once implemented.

These providers have access to your information only to perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated to safeguard it.

School-presentation engagements are contracted with schools and educational institutions, not with individual students, and student data is handled by the contracting institution.

If you access the Website from outside the United States — including as a virtual participant or a traveler joining the Peru intensive — your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
